Welcome to Amailia. By creating an account or using our service at amailia.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using the service.
By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise using Amailia, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.
Amailia is a unified email management service that allows you to connect and manage multiple email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and others) in one place. The service is provided via the web at amailia.ca and through mobile applications.
Amailia offers the following plans:
Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions (Premium and Pro) are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Amailia to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal accessible from the Premium page in the app, or by contacting us at support@amailia.ca. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your paid features until then. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Amailia does not store your payment card details.
Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@amailia.ca within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies — please contact them directly for those requests.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these rules without notice or refund.
All content, branding, software, and design of the Amailia service are the property of Amailia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our express written permission.
We strive to keep Amailia available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any interruption of service.
You may stop using Amailia and delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account in the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Amailia after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
No Warranty. Amailia is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amailia and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Email Data. Amailia acts as a display layer for your email accounts. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to email data that originates with your email provider (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc.).
Third-Party Services. Amailia integrates with third-party email providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of those third-party services. Your use of connected accounts is also subject to those providers' own terms of service.
Security. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. You use the service at your own risk.
